Gaming Commission of Ghana
WHO WE ARE
The Gaming Commission of Ghana is a body corporate established by the Gaming Act 2006, Act 721 with the main purpose of Regulating, Controlling, Monitoring and Supervising the operations of Games of Chance in the country
Board Members
The Board of Directors, appointed by the government, is entrusted with leading the Commission. Their primary responsibilities include overseeing the Commission's strategic development and ensuring that its policies and objectives are effectively implemented. Additionally, the Board plays a crucial role in policy formulation and overall risk management, serving as a key advisor to the government on policy-related matters.
Management Team
The Management Team, under the direction of the Board Members, is principally in charge of carrying out the Commission's overarching strategic goal. It is in charge of the day-to-day management and operations of the Gaming Commission in addition to carrying out the Commission's policies and programs.
