A person must have a limited liability company and must be licensed by the Commission.

Any marketing promotions that has an element of game of chance requires a permit from the Gaming Commission.

Send an email or write to the Commission attaching evidence or you can kindly visit the Commission’s premises and complete a complaint form.
It is not regulated by the Commission however video gaming competitions that have an element of game of chance may be regulated.

In accordance with Section 16 of the Gaming Act, the Commission shall grant a license within twelve months after the receipt of the application, if it is satisfied that all conditions have been met and license fee has been paid.
