The Gaming Commission of Ghana on May 15-19, 2023 visited the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) in Malta as part of efforts to foster collaboration and share best practices in gaming regulation and supervision.

The visit provided the team with the opportunity to gain insight into the MGA’s operational framework and regulatory processes in the area of licensing, compliance procedures and anti-money laundering supervision etc.
The participants highlighted the importance of the training program and emphasized the need for continuous training and capacity building to keep up with the evolving regulatory environment in the gaming industry.
In all, the training with the Malta Gaming Authority reflected on the Commission\’s commitment to enhance the industry\’s regulatory framework while supporting the growth and development of the gaming sector in Ghana.
