As part of its regulatory, control, enforcement and supervisory mandate, the Gaming Commission of Ghana undertook its annual nationwide tour of gaming facilities in November 2025. The exercise was to assess operators’ regulatory compliance, evaluate internal control systems, observe adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards, verify customer protection and responsible gaming practices, as well as ensure security and surveillance systems were functional. The exercise was also used to foil operations of illegal gaming operators across the country.
